Avon Cosmetics is now allowing employees to elect their benefits online using a platform from Thomsons Online Benefits.

The system replaces the company's old paper-based system, making it easier for employees to make their choices and reducing administration for the company.

Duncan Billington, HR systems manager at Avon, said:"Now staff can go online and see what their entitled benefits are, [make changes] and that then automatically updates the suppliers."

The company offers a range of core entitlements and allows staff to buy and sell holiday.
