We have an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding ambitious firm which has a vibrant, fast moving and entrepreneurial team.  The right individual will face a progressive career path with excellent opportunities to develop towards the role of a regulated Account Director.   The primary role of the Business Development Associate is to assist the Account Directors in achieving their new business revenue goals.  You will be a team player with strong organisational skills, have a high attention to detail, strong time management and IT skills and you will be Degree educated.
The role involves:

  • Lead generation
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Tele-sales / cold calling
  • Setting up demo websites
  • Data analysis and reporting on sales activity
  • Liaising with benefit providers
