Salary:
£dependant on experience

Significant and demonstrable relevant client work in a communications capacity.

Skills and personality required

Technical skills: Good Microsoft office skills (excel, word, powerpoint), excellent proof reading skills, strong copy writer (both for web and non-web). Must have strong client handling skills & experience. Must be commercially aware and be capable of working to budgets and understanding budgets. Needs excellent attention to detail and to be a completer/finisher. Ability to multi task and project manage is essential. Preferably comes from a ‘consulting' background.

Personality: A hard working, self motivated, confident person who is happy to work both in a team and on solo projects. They should have a “can do” personality with a good sense of humour, and the ability to ‘make things happen'.

Duties

This role will encompass a wide range of tasks and exposure to the whole communications mix. Typical duties include: 

• Planning the employee reward communication strategies (objectives, scope, audience, deliverables) for a range of high profile global and ambitious clients. These campaigns are for their initial benefits launch and their long term communication of their reward package.
• Working closely with our talented creative team assisting in the development of employee reward branding and presenting those to clients
• Leading communication planning and review meetings with clients
• Production of a range of ‘copy heavy' client material - communicating key messaging while being targeted and in the correct tone.
• Responsibility for managing the communications project within the defined budget and challenging timescales
• Liaison on print production and management and responsibility for quality assurance on communication delivered for clients.

There will typically be a number of streams of activity happening alongside the communication project for a particular client.  For example, benefit broking, flexible benefits technology implementation and/or benefit scheme design consulting.  You will be responsible for ensuring the communication is delivered on time to ensure any dependencies on other parts of the client project are well managed.

o Did we keep our reward cost in budget?
