Computers In Personnel implement flexible benefits with thomsons online benefits
Computers In Personnel (CIP), the leading HR software solutions provider has implemented flexible benefits for its employees in conjunction with thomsons online benefits.
CIP employs HR experts to offer a range of software solutions to address HR issues and are used to dealing with the UK's most forward looking HR departments.
Sean Worthington, Head of Delivery at CIP explains: “We decided to implement flexible benefits for two reasons. Firstly we noticed that flexible benefits have become best practice for employers of choice, and we wanted to ensure that our already generous benefits package remained leading edge. Secondly, the way our benefits were set up didn't allow the organisational, communication and cost efficiencies that we felt were necessary.”
CIP already offered a comprehensive employee benefits package including:

In addition to the above, employees now have the ability to:

- Health screening;
- A new Group Personal Pension scheme including a salary sacrifice option.
The new scheme was launched with group presentations led by thomsons online benefits which were followed up by meetings on a one-to-one basis which enabled employees to choose the right options for their own circumstances.
