Employee Support Associate
Thomsons Online Benefits is a fast growing technology and consulting business with offices in London and Singapore. Due to our growing success, an exciting inhouse opportunity has arisen within the client services team for a talented and ambitious individual.
Their main responsibilities will include:
• Responding to inbound enquiries from employees and providers; • Completing outbound calls to provide responses that cannot be answered in the first call; • Providing guidance and information for employees and assisting in the investigation of any queries; • Raising task requests for completion of the Client Services Team where appropriate; • To assist in the administration of a range of Flexible Employee Benefit Schemes; • Liaison with benefit providers; • Enrolling new members into the scheme; • Call logging through PerquisiteTM
The individual will possess the following capabilities:
• Client relationship building; • Customer service/answering and resolving client queries; • Confident user of Excel (for validating, reconciling and identifying exceptions); • Excellent database skills; • Excellent telephone manner; • Confident liaising with clients at all levels
Desirable but not essential Skills and Experience:
• Experience of Employee Benefits Schemes • A background in Benefits, Payroll or Accounts • FPC Qualification (Financial Planning Certificate) • Financial services background and goals to develop within the industry • Administration of group risk or pension benefits • An understanding of the pension, and insurance benefits • The ability to write Excel formulas and database queries • Bi/multilingual (French, German, Spanish)
