We pride ourselves in having built long standing relationships over the last 25 years with all the major pension providers. Whilst we always want things to run smoothly, it is reassuring to know who to contact to sort things out when, on that rare occasion, things do go wrong.  

Getting rid of the paper

In 2001 we were the first company in the UK to deliver a paperless and signatureless process for employees joining GPP's and Group Stakeholder pensions. We continue to drive this initiative by adding features such as online valuations and online fund switching to our technology. We are 100% committed to cutting out the remaining bureaucratic red tape from the pension providers and we invest heavily in our technology each year to achieve this goal.

Let the technology take the strain

Our technology platform can run any chosen pension online making life easy for the HR or Finance team as well as for your employees.

For employers, there are a wide range of online reports which can be produced automatically each month. This keeps your records up to date and accurate at all times. 

For employees, there are a wide range of easy to use tools which can assist in choosing the right fund to invest in, show how much should be saved and even what a person's risk profile might be. Employees can find out how much their fund is worth, how the fund performing and even what it might be worth in the future.

Communication through education

We believe that the secret to understanding pensions is to educate your employees year after year so that the pension message stays fresh, clear and simple. We provide this education through group meetings, face to face meetings as well as friendly assistance over the phone. 

We use our platform to identify those approaching an age where they want to work less, or not at all, and then show, in a series of workshops, how to turn their goals into a reality.

At the other end of the scale, we also give pension master classes to those who want to take their pension planning to a higher level of knowledge and expertise.

Ongoing corporate governance

Recent proposals indicate that you, as an employer, will need to make regular checks in future to ensure that your pension scheme, including even the default fund you offer to employees, remain appropriate year after year.

Planning the pension future

In 2012 the National Pension Savings Scheme (NPSS) will be introduced which promises to be the biggest shake up in pensions since the introduction of Stakeholder Pensions in 2001.
