Technology
We can implement either a static or an interactive total remuneration statement.
The information on a static statement is updated annually and is simply a web page detailing the value of all an individual's benefits.
An interactive statement is dynamic and the data it contains is updated throughout the year as changes occur. It also provides an employee with access to a wide range of information and tools. Examples include:
- Access to all the information and forms an employee requires for each benefit;
- The ability to change their pension contribution amounts and to see the value of their funds;
- A retirement planning tool which enables an employee to model the amount they need to contribute against their desired retirement age and income;
- Access to independent analysis on an individual's pension investments provided by Standard and Poor's to enable them to better form their investment strategy;
- Access to a wide range of voluntary benefits to encourage employees to regularly revisit their total remuneration site.
