Intellect and thomsons online benefits in new partnership
Intellect, the industry body for the technology sector in the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of thomsons online benefits as their preferred supplier of employee benefits. This partnership will allow Intellect's members to access thomsons online benefits unique offering - a cradle to grave solution for the advice, establishment, implementation, communication and administration of traditional and flexible benefits.
Charles Ward, Marketing Director at Intellect said, "thomsons online benefits have developed the market leading proposition. They are able to revitalise companies' benefits, whilst at the same time reducing the administration burden and the typical costs involved. They are the ideal partner for Intellect."
Chris Bruce, Director of Strategic Alliances at thomsons online benefits, commented, "Whether companies are looking to simply move their employee benefits online or are considering introducing a flexible benefit plan, our unique approach of traditional consultancy and electronic delivery is proving immensely popular. The fact that we can offer our services and technology at little or no cost is a compelling proposition and is winning us market share in an otherwise depressed market. Our alliance with Intellect will allow us to work more closely with the 'forward thinking' companies in the technology sector"
Intellect is the new association created to give a single powerful voice for the information technology, telecommunications and electronics industries in the UK. Intellect incorporates members of CSSA and FEI. Intellect represents over 1000 organisations and is committed to improving the environment in which members do business, promoting their interests and providing them with high value services. Intellect's members have a combined employee base of 1.1 million highly skilled workers.
thomsons online benefits was founded to reduce the administration burden and increase the communication of employee benefit programmes. Using thomsons online benefits platform, companies can run their benefits on one platform which is integrated directly into the benefit providers systems.
