benefit strategies: international benefits
In 2003 we implemented the first online, multi-currency and multi-lingual flexible benefits scheme in the world. Since then we have expanded our international service and currently help clients manage benefits schemes across 18 countries from our offices in Europe and Asia Pacific.
We offer clients a choice of how they work with us. They may want us to assist in the design, communication and administration of their international benefits, or to undertake a full and comprehensive fact-find of the factors (the culture, employment law, social security etc.) affecting employee benefits in a particular locality. Alternatively they may simply want to use our technology solution “Perquisite™”. Our service has been developed to be suitable for all types of benefit strategy, whether it be standard benefits, total reward, or flexible benefits.
Perquisite™ is multi-currency and multi-lingual even to an individual employee/benefit level. This means that an employee in Shanghai can select their benefits in Mandarin language and Yuan currency, whilst their flexible benefits selections are reported in £ Pounds Sterling by the International Benefits Manager who retains global responsibility.
Our record in this area has been recognised with the winning of "International Benefits Scheme Provider of the Year" in the Employee Rewards & Benefits Awards 2007 and "Most Effective Use of an International Benefits Strategy" in Employee Benefits Awards 2006 and 2004.
We work closely with partners ranging from local product providers to international advisory networks, and local independent financial advisers to create a truly global network.
