Junior Product
Manager
Full Time, Central London
An exciting in-house opportunity has arisen for a talented and
ambitious person who has proven experience of requirements analysis
and technical authoring as part of the software development
process.
The ideal candidate will have business and/or client facing
experience. Experience of working as part of a software
development team working on hosted web-based solutions and/or
experience of the Employee Benefits market will be beneficial.
Working for the Product Manager, you will need to be able to
acquire knowledge of a complex market and complex systems
quickly. You will then need the aptitude to be able to
translate the complex concepts and terminology learnt into language
and software design that can be easily understood.
An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office is
essential. As a minimum you should be educated to degree
level.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication
skills, be targeted and delivery focused.
Key Accountabilities
Product Management
- Manage the gathering and assist with prioritisation of
enhancement requests from within the business and externally
- Create and deliver requirements documents to the development
team
- Work with the development team in design and quality assurance
of new developments and feature enhancements
- Assist in the maintenance and creation of product
documentation
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our solutions in order to
assist in response to verbal and written questions both internally
and from clients and partners
- Assist with research and management of special projects
