We have an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding ambitious firm which has a vibrant, fast moving and entrepreneurial team.  We are looking for a Marketing Executive with at least 3 years experience in a professional services organisation.  You will provide full marketing and PR support to existing clients.  The role encompasses a wide variety of responsibilities including working with both the UK and Asia Pacific offices.

The role involves:

• Development of client marketing strategy and materials including website, User Groups, Client Newsletter, Client welcome pack 
• Close liaison with Account Management and Consulting teams to formulate regular client campaigns and to design client review strategy
• Close liaison with Product Development, Consulting and Account Management to deliver quarterly release information to clients encompassing updates to technology and services
• Communication of our client satisfaction mechanism (TUQ) both to clients and internally
• Development and management of client entertainment strategy
• Development and management of client event programme (e.g. seminars, User Groups)
• Drafting, creating and overseeing production of all client marketing materials in conjunction with creative team
• Sourcing and drafting client case studies
• Sourcing and developing relationships with key clients who can be used for PR purposes - speaking to journalists for feature articles, speaking at external conferences
• Maintaining list of clients that can be used for references
• Writing award entries for clients.

You must be Degree educated, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and preferably have experience working with Salesforce.
