media coverage: no objections to flex objectives
No objections to flex objectives
Media law firm Wiggin has launched a flexible benefits package in a bid to differentiate itself from other firms that "rarely offer" such benefits.
The package features a pension, PMI, childcare vouchers, holidays and bikes and core life cover and health insurance benefits.
Chief Operating Officer John Banister said the package was vital to help attract employees in a fiercely competitive environment. So it will continue to develop the scheme, with a home computing initiative to be launched soon.
A range of voluntary benefits were introduced, including dental and optical benefits, travel insurance, gym membership, personal loans, spa days, wine clubs and baby products.
Banister said the package was also designed to highlight the lifestyle attraction of living in Cheltenham. He said the package gave staff clarity on the range of benefits and would help them attract and retain the talent needed to sustain busines growth.
thomsons online benefits were selected to provide the package with its Perquisite software. It was branded with Wiggin's corporate identity and allows staff to enrol, select and manage benefits online.
