Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP Wins Award for Most Effective Employee Benefits Scheme RPC was named the unanimous winner after beating Allen & Overy, DLA Piper and Hammonds to take the trophy, with Simmons & Simmons receiving a highly commended. In January 2007, RPC selected Thomsons Online Benefits to introduce Pick'n'Mix, an online flexible benefits programme designed to support the emphasis on the quality of working life for employees with an emphasis on wellbeing benefits and to increase visibility of the total reward received by employees. Using Thomsons Online Benefits self-service web based technology “Perquisite™” employees are able to select benefits that relate specifically to their lifestyle. RPC and Thomsons Online Benefits worked together to develop a unique strategy based on employee feedback. The online presence of Pick'n'Mix was backed up with communications including z-cards, provider fairs and one-to-ones to engage employees.
