Thomsons Online Benefits is a fast growing technology and consulting business with offices in London and Singapore. Due to our growing success, an exciting inhouse opportunity has arisen within the marketing team for a talented and ambitious individual to manage our Salesforce CRM software.

• Within the business, salesforce is a key tool that is used to support marketing, sales, client services and finance.

• The individual will become the complete Thomsons Online Benefits salesforce guru.

Their main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the quality of data held within salesforce including deduping new marketing data

• Providing training and ongoing support to marketing, sales and client services on how to use salesforce

• Create monthly and weekly management reports for use by marketing, sales and client services.

• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns

Analyse the success of salesforce use and marketing campaigns for use by sales, marketing, client services and finance.

The individual will possess the following capabilities:

• Minimum two years CRM systems administration and data analysis, ideally with experience of salesforce CRM applications.

• Excel and data analyst capabilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills to work in close conjunction with other business units.

• Proactive and resourceful.

Web marketing experience skills:

You will have probably been in a sales or similar customer facing role.
