| Senior Risk Benefits Consultant Due to our growing success, an exciting in-house opportunity has arisen at Thomsons Online Benefits for a talented, ambitious Senior Risk Benefits Consultant who has experience in delivering consulting on Group Risk strategy to a range of high profile clients and is now looking for a big step up in pace, profile and responsibility. As a minimum, you will have significant hands on experience to date in all areas of group risk and be regarded by peers and clients as a highly capable and knowledgeable group risk and group PMI consultant. You should be educated to degree level and have completed CF exams 1 - 5 or equivalent. Reporting to the Head of Benefit Consulting, you will lead our drive into designing exciting and innovative Health and Wellbeing strategies (rather than just product placement) as part of our overall approach to delivering Intelligent Reward solutions to clients. You will be very able to deliver business specific corporate advice and recommendations on insured and self insured products and additional services to ensure the benefits offered matches the companies stated reward objectives. This will include the ability to cost fees or work with commission generating products. You will bring your own ideas to the table and help shape our future Health and Wellbeing journey, this will include our ‘house view' in a number of key areas and you will play a key role in communicating that internally and to the market. You will also recommend benefit changes in response to changes in the competitive or legislative landscape. This includes obtaining terms and preparing recommendations for new clients and working with the client's/prospects Account Team to identify and deliver new risk benefits opportunities. You will have the proven ability to work across a diverse range of clients, with a demonstrable track record of satisfied clients in the delivery of GLA, GIP, CIC, PMI, Dental, Personal Accident, Travel, Health screening, EAP & Absence Management consulting to clients. Finally, you will provide personal development support and coaching to junior members of the risk benefits team.
