Proven relevant work experience in a training related environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate Skills IT literate with good Microsoft Office skills (excel, word, PowerPoint) and an ability to learn new software packages. Excellent communication and listening skills are required as is the ability to write clearly and concisely and to produce work of a consistently high standard. With a keen interest in learning, they will always seek to improve their own skills as well as those of others. Personality An energetic and enthusiastic person who is happy to work both a team player but is also self-motivated and able to use their initiative. They should display a “can do” attitude and want to contribute to the growth of the training department. A sense of humour and good social skills will go a long way. The right person will be reliable and good at time keeping Duties This is a new role which will encompass a wide range of tasks and exposure to the area of training and development.
