We are the only provider in the market to offer a holistic approach incorporating all the services and competences required to develop, deliver and manage a company's ongoing reward and benefits strategy. Rather than providing just a piece of technology in isolation our services include: consultancy, benefit broking, benefit design, implementation and project management, technology, communication and branding and ongoing administration.

We take client satisfaction very seriously and have adopted the Net Promoter Score (NPS) as our measure of client satisfaction and to ensure the continuing effectiveness of our client management approach.  Trends and development areas are identified via the NPS score and progress is monitored and reported at thomsons online benefits Board.  All of our employees are incentivised on the combined score of all of our clients. 

All of our client relationships are led by an Account Director and supported by an Account Manager and Client Service Associate.
